Lineup at a glance
Every current National model in our catalog, cheapest first. Figures come from the manufacturer's own pages and manuals where we have them, and are labelled as estimates where they are ours. Oxygen is a rough sizing estimate, not a spec.
| Model | Stages | Jets | Oxygen (estimate) | Price | Mix |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| National 3A-B Hand Torch | 1 | Not published | Not published | $151 | Premix |
| National 3B-B Hand Torch | 1 | Not published | Not published | $163 | Premix |
| National 6B Bench Torch | 1 | Not published | Not published | $183 | Premix |
| National 4B Industrial Hand Torch | 1 | Not published | Not published | $249 | Premix |
“Not published” means the maker does not publish that figure, not that it is zero. Prices without a dollar figure show our price band instead. Confirm the current spec and price with National before you buy.
A current maker, not a heritage name
National torches circulate used under decades of branding, so the name often gets treated as a discontinued heritage line. It is not: National Torch is a current Premier Industries brand with an official manufacturer site, current product pages, part numbers, operating instructions, a tip compatibility chart, and a price list. The 3A-B is a confirmed current model you can buy new today.
Current line
National's current torch menu lists the 3A-B, 3B-B, 3C, 3H, 4B, 5S, 7S, 6B, 8M, 8R, 7L, and 7LB. The line includes premix and surface-mix designs, hand torches, and bench torches. The current site catalog covers only four of those models.
Tips and operating data
Many National torches accept interchangeable tips, so flame size and oxygen use are tip-dependent. A single LPM number would misrepresent models such as the 3A-B, 3B-B, 4B, and 6B. The correct evidence unit is the torch and installed tip combination.
